Want to get FIT, have FUN, while improving POSTURE and COORDINATION?
Then this is the class for you! Hannah will guide you through an hour's class of ballet dance exercises for you to dance along to as well as fitness exercises to help improve your ballet technique. You're sure to feel your muscles burn and work up a sweat in this unique work-out class! It is a beginner/intermediate ballet class and progressions and regressions will be offered for any work out principles based on your own ability.
What to wear: Ballet shoes if you have them and anything you feel comfortable in.

Casual Enrolment

Drop in classes are valid on the week you book only.
If you wish to cancel or rearrange your booked class you must give the office 48 hours notice from when the class is due to start. You can do this be emailing the office at admin@macsdance.com

Full Enrolment
£13.50 per class

Please see pricing for full enrolment plans below (Pricing below is based on booking a 7 week period, when re-directed to purchase, pricing will be for the remaining weeks left in the plan).
Plans are based on a cheaper price per class for booking more than 1 week of classes.
Plans are based on a 7 week period and you can enrol for the remainder of the plan if there is more than 1 week left.
You will be charged a fee based on the number of classes remaining on the plan.
You can find out more information regarding the dates of when our classes take place below under Class Dates. Please check these dates carefully before booking, as you will not be able to reschedule any missed class on this plan and they are non-transferable to any other term.
